Bad experience with the shop as the flowers received were not fresh at all and the size of the bouquet was not correct.. embarrassing experience .. further to that the customer service are so bad and instead of trying to solve the problem they kept giving excuses.. bear in mind the bouquet in the picture should be “medium “ ..
