Change / Cancel Order
At GO FLOWER, we believe in making every moment as seamless as possible. If you’d like to adjust your order—whether it’s editing a gift message, changing the delivery date, or updating the delivery address—please reach out to our customer care team within 2 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes once your flowers are en route, rest assured we will always do our utmost to accommodate your request.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know at least 36 business hours before your selected delivery date. Cancellations made with less notice can only be refunded if we have yet to begin preparing your order. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed for same-day or next-day deliveries.
