RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 12 hours of the purchase date. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email customer service at benn@goflower.me to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

EXCEPTIONS     

Returns will not be accepted after the 12 hour cut off period.
